Shipping of Audio Books

Hoerjuwel can ship to virtually any address in the world. We charge a single flat fee for each order. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Standard shipping costs:

Domestic (Germany): free shipping if the value of your cart exceeds 15 Euro, below 15 Euro: 1,95 Euro

EU member states: 4,95 Euro

Suisse, Liechtenstein, Norway and Monaco: 5,95 Euro

All other countries:

The shipping fee depends on the weight of your order:
less 500g:  6,45 Euros
501-900g: 12,95 Euros
901 - 1850g: 23,95 Euros
more than 1850g: 39,95 Euros

Shipping Costs will be calculated automatically and you will see it in your shopping cart. The weight of each item is shown at each product detail page.

Customs Duties

You may be subject to customs or import duties. They are due if the delivery has arrived in your country (only outside EU, e.g. Suisse, U.S., Japon). These duties cannot covered by hoerjuwel. We have no influence on this and cannot predict its amount. Please inform yourself at the local customs office.

How long does it take to get my audiobooks?

In Europe it takes approximately 5 working days. If you order until 2 p.m. (Berlin local time is GMT+1) we ship the audiobooks the following day. Please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery to non-European countries. Normally we send our audiobooks by airmail.



Audiobooks in other languages have to be imported in some cases, therefore it can take 2 - 3 weeks. We will inform you if a title is not in stock and this causes a delay.
